We are seeking a charismatic, HAPPY, customer service and incentive driven fanatic to be our New Patient and Treatment Coordinator extraordinaire. You are the face and voice of our practice!

AirSync is Washington's first comprehensive airway practice dedicated to growing jaws, preventing and curing sleep apnea in infants, children, and adults through dental orthopedics and orthodontics, myofunctional therapy, laser therapies, and tongue-tie surgery and much more!

Job Responsibilities :

• Taking new patient calls / online inquiries and successfully scheduling the patient.
• Presenting and closing high value airway / orthodontics / TMJ cases.
• Diligent follow-up on cases that are not closed.

Requirements :

Job Type : Full-time (3 days / week, Mon-Wed + Admin work on Thursdays)
