Elevation Physical Therapy is growing fast, and we’re looking for a dynamic, motivated Physical Therapist who wants more than just a “treat-your-caseload-and-go-home” kind of job. This role is designed for a PT who is ready to grow into a leadership position, play a role in shaping clinic culture, and help us connect with our community through workshops and events. You must be willing to learn how to lead a team of therapists and help diversify our payer mix! We’re an insurance-based outpatient orthopedic clinic specializing in active adults with neck and low back pain. We’ve built our reputation on quality care, strong results, and having fun while doing it. We plan to achieve 50% cash pay programs by January 2026!
