LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a company in New York City is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their team.

This position is hybrid.

Responsibilities :

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Maintaining files
• Reviewing commercial leases
• Coordinating document signing process
• Tracking matters and deadlines
• Reviewing and summarizing leases
• Providing general legal support for real estate, litigation, insurance, taxes, and other matters

Requirements :

Compensation

The anticipated salary range is estimated to be $100,000-$130,000 per year depending on various factors including education, work experience, etc.
