Job Description : We are looking for a highly motivated and technically capable Technical Support Representative to join our team. You will serve as a front-line support contact for our customers using 3D printers in the dental and jewelry industries. Your work will involve hands-on troubleshooting, hardware repair, sample printing, and customer training. This is an on-site role based in our Miami, FL office.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot our dental and jewelry 3D printers and resins
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues (hardware and software)
  • Perform printer repairs, including motherboard replacements, calibrations, and hardware part installations
  • Make sample prints for customer demonstrations
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools
  • Use and troubleshoot CAD and slicing software (e.g., Chitubox, Rhino, Blender, DentaSoft)
  • Keep accurate records of customer issues and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the R&D and Sales team on technical feedback and improvements
  • Assist with onboarding and training new customers
  • Use desktop and intraoral scanners for testing workflows
  • Visit client offices for technical support or installation as needed
  • Attend industry trade shows and provide on-site event support
  • Package and ship demo / sample kits when required
  • Qualifications :

  • Technical mindset with hands-on troubleshooting skills
  • Prior experience with 3D printing (especially resin-based systems) is preferred
  • Familiarity with slicing software, CAD / CAM programs, and digital design tools
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Mechanically inclined and able to perform small hardware repairs
  • Organized and able to keep clear documentation and internal records
  • Reliable, accountable, and committed to delivering quality support
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Spanish and / or Portuguese fluency is a plus
  • Clean and professional work habits
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Respectful, patient, and positive team player
  • Valid Driver's License (required)
