Job description
Hello everyone, I am a homeowner in Pekin, Illinois at the Tremont border. Looking to hire a reliable housecleaner for ever other Friday for only specific areas. $25 per hour, 2-hour maximum. QUESTIONS: 1. Do you supply your own products and equipment or use mine? 2. Are you allergic to cats? We have two and a Yorkie. AREAS TO CLEAN: 1. Small-to-average-size master bedroom w/ wood-type floor 2. Tiny master bath w/ vinyl floor 3. Hallway and open kitchen/dining w/ceramic tile 4. Small open living room with wood-type flooring 5. Split stairway w/ wood flooring and 2 tiny landings w/ceramic flooring. NEEDS in those specific areas: 1. All of those floors--and rugs--vacuumed 2. All floors mopped good 3. All surfaces and things cleaned/dusted 4. Sofa seating vacuumed. NO NEED to clean master bath shower OR inside tub--just around the tub ledging. Occasional special cleaning projects at the same $25/hour rate.
