This is a 100% outpatient opportunity offering high autonomy, partnership potential, and no required inpatient call. The incoming physician will join a team that values efficiency, patient-centered care, and innovation, supported by a robust infrastructure and advanced technology (Epic EMR, Olympus scopes, in-house labs, full radiology suite). Position Highlights

• Base Salary : $525,000+ with incentive bonus
• Productivity Bonus : 25% on net income >
