JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is searching for a strong ERP Analyst to support a Healthcare employer in the Baltimore, MD area. This person will be responsible for everyday reporting from Infor / Lawson and maintenance of existing PowerBI dashboards. Data sets being reported on primarily center around HR / Human Capital management data – think Benefits Administration, Compliance and Regulatory data, operational reporting, payroll, compensation, time and attendance, workforce planning and scheduling, etc. While the correct candidate is not a developer currently, there is opportunity for this person to move into more of a development role as their career progresses, should they wish. This opportunity is a 9-month contract to hire, runs on is core business hours, 9AM-5 : 30PM, and would preferably be filled by a candidate within the eastern time zone.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years of experience supporting everyday reporting for Human Capital Management (HCM) software

o Primarily HR data : Benefits Administration, Compliance and Regulatory data, Operational Reporting, Payroll, Compensation, Time and Attendance, Workforce Planning and Scheduling, etc.
