About Our Client

This opportunity is with a mid-size family oriented organization specializing in multifamily, healthcare, and higher ed projects. The company is well-established with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality results in the industry.

Job Description

Manage all aspects of ground-up construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders to provide updates on timelines and milestones. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all project sites. Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. Lead project meetings and foster a collaborative team environment. Analyze project performance and implement improvements for future initiatives.
