About the Opportunity

As an Expo (Food Expeditor) at Vandelay Hospitality Group, you play a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen and dining room. Your primary responsibility is to organize, inspect, and facilitate the timely delivery of dishes, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and efficiency. By maintaining strong communication between chefs and servers, you help create an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Our goal is to make every guest feel welcome, comfortable, and valued while exceeding their expectations.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism with both team members and guests.
• Coordinate food orders from the kitchen to the dining room, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation.

Inspect dishes for correct plating, temperature, and modifications before they leave the kitchen.

Qualifications
