Baptist Health is hiring a Manager, Payroll. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity located on the downtown campus of Baptist Health.

Responsibilities include:

• Staffing of payroll office to ensure full coverage minimizing overtime hours
• Auditing of processes to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements
• Managing requests for information
• Coordinates System enhancements and efficiencies
• Coordinates with other departments for successful biweekly and on-demand processing of payroll
• Reviews payroll transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Processes all payroll tax returns in a timely manner

**Bachelor Degree required plus 5 years of payroll and leadership experience required.
