Chief Risk Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Risk Officer to oversee risk strategy and management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management framework across various risk dimensions

Oversee credit and counterparty risk policies, ensuring effective underwriting and monitoring

Lead operational risk management initiatives and ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred

Minimum of 20 years of experience in relevant fields, with at least 5 years in senior credit leadership

Proven track record in developing and executing risk strategies

Strong understanding of credit risk, capital markets, and compliance regulations

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performance teams
