Responsibilities :

• Supervises a team of social workers
• Screening reports of adult abuse, neglect, and exploitation according to policy & law
• Ensures staff adequately assess safety and risk to vulnerable adults and make appropriate case decisions
• Coordinates workflow, provides technical directions, staff training, & resolving problems
• Initiates court proceedings
• Requires after-hours and weekend on-call duty on a rotating basis
