Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)

Indianapolis, IN

Integrity Trade Services  is now hiring a  full-time Maintenance Technician  to support one of our key clients in the Indianapolis area. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced, production environment.

Job Summary :

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing new equipment, repairing, and maintaining production machinery during scheduled downtime and preventive maintenance (PM) routines. Equipment includes electric motors, pneumatics, conveyors, laundry machinery, PLC systems, boilers, pumps, and hydraulic systems.

Pay & Schedule :

Pay :  $29 / hour + shift differential (based on experience)

Schedule :  Full-time,  Monday–Friday ,  2nd Shift  11am to 7 : 30pm

Occasional  Saturday work required

Overtime available

Key Responsibilities :

Diagnose and repair equipment using precision tools and troubleshooting methods

Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions

Complete scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) to reduce unplanned downtime

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Maintain accurate documentation of work performed in company software

Collaborate with other maintenance team members for large or complex repairs

Ensure safe working practices and compliance with company procedures

Willingness to work overtime and on weekends as needed

Requirements :

Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience

Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Must pass aptitude test, background check, and drug screen

Excellent communication and documentation skills
