SVP, Digital Solutions
Summary
The SVP of Digital Solutions will set the strategic product vision and lead the evolution of advisor and client-facing digital platforms. This role is accountable for defining product strategy, managing the full product lifecycle, and collaborating across the enterprise to deliver innovative solutions that enhance advisor productivity, strengthen client engagement, and support key business priorities. The position requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, driving modernization, fintech integration, and adoption of next-generation wealth management technologies.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the digital product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for advisor and client-facing platforms.
- Lead the full lifecycle of digital solutions, from research and business case development through design, build, testing, launch, and adoption.
- Deliver digital tools that support financial planning, onboarding, advisor dashboards, client portals, portfolio reporting, eDelivery, mobile experiences, eSignature, robo-advice, and workflow automation.
- Modernize legacy systems and oversee third-party vendor integrations, including fintech and custody partners.
- Partner cross-functionally with technology, operations, marketing, compliance, and customer experience teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Incorporate customer feedback, data analytics, journey mapping, and voice-of-customer insights into product design.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership, shaping digital initiatives in line with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop product teams; foster a high-performing, user-centric, and data-driven culture.
- Measure success through advisor adoption, client satisfaction, asset growth, and contribution to retention and recruiting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.10+ years of experience leading digital product strategy and delivery, with a strong background in wealth management, fintech, or financial services.Proven expertise in advisor platforms, financial products, and multi-product digital ecosystems.Strong understanding of user experience best practices, Agile methodologies, and design thinking.Demonstrated success managing third-party vendors and integration partners.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with a track record of influencing at the executive level.Experience incorporating data, customer insights, and market trends into digital strategy and execution.
