Overview :

A General Employee assists in departments by performing a variety of duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Lead Person, and / or Manager. While performing these duties, the employee is regularly required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. Occasionally, climbing or balancing may be required. The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 40 lbs. This role involves exposure to extreme cold, wet and humid conditions, and occasionally moving mechanical parts and toxic or caustic chemicals.

Responsibilities :

• Perform tasks as assigned by the Department Supervisor / Lead.
• Maintain pace with the production line.
• Work as a team to ensure product specifications are met safely and efficiently, communicating effectively with team members.
• Assist other departments as directed by Supervisors / Leads / Managers.
• Follow company GMPs, SOPs, Plant Rules, and Policies.
• Follow written and oral instructions.
• Keep work area clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
