We partner across Talent Acquisition, Human Capital, and Enterprise Brand & Marketing to attract, engage, and convert high-quality talent through segmented campaigns, compelling storytelling, and optimized channel strategies. What You'll Do
The Senior Channel Manager serves as the business lead for high-impact marketing channels that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across Edward Jones' recruiting lines. This role is responsible for guiding the strategy and performance activation of paid media, social, email, and direct mail channels, in partnership with external agencies and internal collaborators. You'll ensure channel strategies align with segmented campaign goals, brand vision, and hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Guide audience targeting strategies using first- and third-party data.
Lead performance analysis across channels and campaigns, using dashboards and reporting tools to inform strategy.
Manage channel budgets, ensuring efficient spend and alignment to hiring goals.
Manage external agencies and technology partners.
Ensure brand consistency across all channel touchpoints.
Identify emerging trends and new channel opportunities to reach evolving talent audiences (in example, AI-driven opportunities, influencer partnerships, micro-communities on , etc).
