Job Title : Formulation Scientist – Skin Health

Duration : 12-Month Contract

Work Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Locations : Skillman, NJ 08558 (4 days / week) / Summit, NJ 07901(1 day / week; may fluctuate based on business needs)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Scientist to join our client's Skin Health division. The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on formulation work, batch processing, and laboratory testing to support new product development. This position requires strong organizational skills, technical documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic product development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process a high volume of formulation batches in the laboratory.
• Perform formulation and product development activities at both Skillman and Summit sites.
• Conduct laboratory testing, evaluations, and stability studies to ensure product quality and performance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of experimental data and batch records.
• Organize, label, and deliver product samples as required.
• Follow established formulation guidelines and equipment setup procedures.
• Support product scale-up and process optimization activities.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.
