Expectations :
- Complete all documentation in a timely manner (point-of-service documentation).
- Evaluate clients to determine needs and complete evaluation notes for insurance / billing purposes
- Develop pediatric care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
- Notify the Lead PT when resources, evaluations, or protocols need to be ordered.
- Provide scheduled treatment to assigned patients, including all tasks necessary for effective care.
- Submit treatment charges before leaving the clinic each day.
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
- Participate in community outreach and SpOT Clinic social media initiatives.
- Model and share The SpOT Clinic's positive culture and core values with families and the community.
- Promote open communication, accountability, and teamwork across the clinic.
- Support clinic leadership, including, but not limited to, the Lead PT, Clinic Manager, COO, CFO, and CEO.
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications :
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Alabama.Experience or strong interest in pediatric physical therapy.Ability to integrate seamlessly into a collaborative and supportive work culture.Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits :
