About the Role

The Company is excited to invite a dynamic Vice President of Strategic DMC Partnerships to become a part of our thriving team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and nurturing strategic partnerships with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) in key global markets. This exciting position involves identifying and onboarding new DMC partners, negotiating profitable commercial agreements, and ensuring our customers enjoy high-quality, unique travel experiences.

As VP, you will lead a team of talented business development specialists and collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives. You will also represent the company at various high-profile industry events. A robust background in partner relations, account management, or procurement—especially within the travel sector—is a strong asset for candidates.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) and have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. This role requires advanced negotiation skills, a proven leadership record, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a global perspective, experience with luxury services, and a history of meeting or surpassing business targets. Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills are essential, along with the capacity to work efficiently with a diverse range of stakeholders. We highly value individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, a positive attitude, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
