As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with visitors and employees, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly while supporting access control and responding to security-related alarms as needed. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter areas.

Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and reporting unusual or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or property damage to the appropriate personnel.

Support access control procedures to help maintain authorized entry to designated areas.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address security-related concerns as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
