Sr Maintenance Manager
The Sr Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, administering, and directing all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services, including Aramark and client financial accountability, and compliance with the standards established by Aramark, regulatory agencies, and client.
Leadership

Responsible for building revenue and managing budget which includes cost controls regarding maintenance, inventory, projects, and laborAdopts all Aramark processes and systems, eliminate custom / manual reportsUnderstands performance metrics, data, and order and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve marginsEstablishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approachProvides overall direction and manages performance for all Facility and Maintenance Managers, Supervisors, and front-line employees, ensuring employee development, engagement and compliance with human resource related policies and standards, including conducting applicable roundingEnsures compliance with appropriate safety, OSHA, and regulatory standardsAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers, to meet our commitments. Qualifications
Requires 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance preferably in the automotive industryRequires 3-5 years of experience in a management role managing union associatesRequires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAbility to manage as part of a larger team or manage function independently, without direct supervisionStrong knowledge and use of computerized maintenance work orders systems and Microsoft Office suiteThe ability to multi-task is a mustThe people of Aramark proudly serve millions of guests every day through food and facilities in 15 countries around the world.
