Job descriptionBS in Civil or Structural. Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal building systems design. PE or SE in southeastern US states or the ability to get reciprocity. Proficiency with MBS (Metal Building Software). Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and applicable codes. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

Dean Steel Buildings, Inc. is seeking a professional engineer with metal building systems (PEMB) experience to join our family. The position is in-house at the manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Design metal building systems (PEMB) using MBS software.
- Basic CAD knowledge.
- Ability to review other\'s work for compliance to contract requirements.
- Collaborate with sales personnel and clients to ensure design meets project requirements and specifications.
- Perform engineering calculations and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and codes.
