Responsibilities and Duties
Serve as the solo Neonatal Nurse Practitioner on the NICU unitManage patient care for a census of 8-15 infants (maximum unit capacity of 20)Collaborate with an on-call neonatologistParticipate in a busy delivery service within a NICU (no surgeries; no transport duties required)Provide neonatal resuscitation and stabilization as neededEnsure adherence to clinical protocols and standards of careAdditional Information
