Contracting Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Contracting to lead a team of contracting specialists in drafting and negotiating clinician employment agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of contracting specialists in drafting, negotiating, and operationalizing clinician employment and services agreements

Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for regional executives during contract negotiations

Identify and implement improvements to contract templates, workflows, and governance documents

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

5 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal language in a fast-paced environment

4 years of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
