Who We Are :
The robotics department develops novel robotics solutions for a variety of use cases to include fabrication, maritime / naval, defense, space, and industrial / material handling.
Objectives of this Role :
- Provide project management support to technical project managers on large government and commercial projects.
- Duties include preparing customer-specific invoicing / reporting, cost and schedule tracking, etc. This support will include a mix of internal and customer interaction.
- Provide project coordination for staff in multiple sections across multiple buildings, to include and deliverable tracking and routing to ensure on time delivery.
- Provide proposal coordination for staff in multiple sections across multiple buildings, to include deadline management and routing to ensure on time delivery.
- Provide copyediting of various deliverables and proposals to include formatting, grammar, template adherence, etc.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities :
Work alongside Technical Project Managers to assist with various aspects of project management.Tasks include preparing customer specific invoices / supporting documentation, cost and schedule tracking, and maintaining project training and equipment records.Provide project coordination to section management / technical staff by monitoring multiple project deliverable schedules, processing / routing forms and project reports, and handling operations needs.Provide proposal coordination to section management / technical staff by ensuring requirements are met and proposals and forms are routed and delivered in a timely manner.Provide copyediting of various deliverables and proposals to include formatting, grammar, template adherence, etc.Requirements :
Requires a Bachelors in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Contract Management, Accounting, or equivalent with related experience.Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.3-10 years : Experience assisting a technical project manager or manager in an office setting.3-10 years : Experience handling non-routine tasks with limited supervision as well as independent special assignments with delegated levels of autonomy. Must be able to prioritize and manage direction from multiple sources and be detail oriented.3-10 years : Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required. Familiarity with MS Project a plus.3-10 years : Must possess good organization / communication skills and work well with others. Must be willing to work on a variety of projects and succeed in a team environment. Should have problem solving skills and ability to arrive at a recommended course of action.A valid / clear driver's license is required.Special Requirements :
