This is your chance to be part of the Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team of internal consultants to all departments across Hilton! The team ensures that Hilton's strategy and customer experience are informed by analytics and customer insights, combining technical talent with industry expertise to guide progress towards Hilton's goals.

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the VP, Customer Insights & Analytics, the Senior Director, Brand Analytics & Customer Research will lead a team of analytics professionals and researchers that work with Hilton's Brand and Brand Marketing organizations. The Senior Director and team will guide brand initiatives by analyzing brand performance and conducting custom research projects. This team will also provide insights on opportunities to improve the customer experience, ensuring that Hilton continues to provide the best experiences for our guests!

Your responsibilities will also include :

• Advise strategic brand initiatives by providing insights developed within the team, with a focus on strengthening brand experiences, customer loyalty, market share, and supply growth.
• Analyze and provide insights on the customer experience and customer sentiment with Hilton's existing brand programs, and conduct and evaluate tests of new initiatives.
• Conduct custom research projects, using qualitative and quantitative research approaches to deliver insights on customer attitudes, behaviors, and segmentation.
• Deliver recurring and custom ad-hoc reporting on brand performance across all metrics, using complex internal and external data sources.
