We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Controls / Scheduling Manager to lead planning and scheduling efforts for complex engineering and construction projects, including those in nuclear or DOE environments. This role requires deep expertise in Primavera P6, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), and advanced reporting tools. The successful candidate will oversee schedule integration, cost tracking, change management, and team leadership to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively. U.S. Citizenship is required due to facility-specific clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Integrate cost and schedule data with the enterprise system to support project financial goals.
• Lead tracking and reporting of budgets, project costs, labor hours, schedule updates, installed quantities, and progress metrics.
• Maintain planning and scheduling updates using EPC terminology and methodologies.
• Analyze and forecast project status against baseline schedules.
• Prepare visual reports including graphs and charts to communicate project status.
• Support the project team with change control management.
• Conduct critical path and time impact analyses.
• Lead a team focused on work packaging.
• Analyze work progress and craft productivity reports.
• Manage design quantities and incorporate estimate changes.
• Supervise a project controls team.
