CORT Furniture Rental is hiring a full-time Regional Housewares Manager (RHM) in Fairfield, OH. The Regional Housewares Manager (RHM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Housewares Facility operations, including inventory management, process flows, warehouse, logistics, laundry and kitting operations, financial / KPI planning, and personnel management. The RHM ensures the facility meets its budgeted costs and KPI goals while maintaining a strong safety culture and high levels of internal customer satisfaction (CORT Furniture Rental Districts). This is a hands-on role and depending on the size and needs of the facility, the RHM may be required to step into roles on the operations floor. This is an onsite position performed from the CORT Housewares office / distribution center. Salary : $90,000-$120,000 / year. The typical schedule for this role is 5 : 30am to 3pm, with occasional weekends and flexibility with hours as needed.
