Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine | Outpatient Practice | Finger Lakes, NY

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions for diverse patient populations
- Perform routine physical examinations, preventive care, and health screenings
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and patient management strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records documentation
