Inform customers about the best finance options and maintenance plans. Always aim to exceed revenue goals and maintain professional standards. Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for business efficiency. Ensure a tidy workspace and a well-stocked truck. Engage in training sessions, meetings, and other professional development activities. Mentor apprentices for high-quality service delivery. 5+ years in residential electrical work. RI Journeyman or Masters License required. Proficiency in electrical techniques, hardware knowledge, and wiring diagrams. Commitment to yearly training and skill enhancement. A clean driving record, ability to pass background checks and drug tests. Strong communication skills, high integrity, and a collaborative spirit.
