LDX Digital is a cutting-edge digital marketing agency specializing in Google Ads and native advertising. Our fully remote team is made up of passionate professionals from around the globe, all working together to drive our clients\' success. We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategist to join our team and help us take our clients\' campaigns to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy Development : craft comprehensive advertising strategies by conducting in-depth market research, identifying target audiences, and analyzing competitors
- Setting targets for all accounts with minimum 25% month-over-month growth
- Creative testing and development with the creative team : videos, images, advertorials, VSLs, copywriting
- Fostering innovation in ad strategies and account management : adopting AI-powered solutions, exploring new ad formats or testing advertorials and VSLs
- Create Playbooks for specific niche strategies (e.g., health and wellness, fashion and apparel, SaaS)
- Implement and monitor new processes and ensure they are followed across the wider team
- Attend and speak on client calls about innovation, scaling plans for accounts, and development of the overall client\'s business
- Support the team with account-related questions or issues; maximize gains or get back on track when needed
- Train and develop team members to become better leaders and account managers
- Set monthly goals with clients, monitor progress, and ensure goals are hit each month
- Establish a culture of innovation and optimization; encourage questions, avoid hand-holding, and view change positively
- Hit yearly goals set by the management team through innovation and collaboration
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making
- Advocate for innovation within the agency and for clients; provide input on broader business, including recommendations like Google VSLs or Advertorials on other platforms
Requirements
A degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferredCertifications : Advanced Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, or attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam) are highly valued; CRO or UX certifications are a strong advantageLeadership Experience : 6+ years of hands-on performance marketing campaigns, with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic role, preferably in an agency settingProven track record of managing six-to-seven-figure monthly ad budgets with measurable ROIExperience leading or mentoring teams and developing talentProficiency : Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, Shopify, and leading attribution toolsSupplementary Tools : CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), project management tools (ClickUp, Monday.com), analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Hotjar)Technical Aptitude : Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for troubleshooting or collaboration with development teamsStrong ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategiesAdvanced understanding of marketing funnels, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketingData-driven strategies that align with clients\' business goalsExperience in omnichannel marketing with paid search, display, video, and emerging formats (e.g., Discovery ads, Performance Max)Strong knowledge of YouTube / Demand Gen campaignsAbility to conceptualize, test, and optimize creative elements and landing pages for performance; experience with A / B and multivariate testingStakeholder collaboration and outstanding communicationTraining and mentorship of junior and midweight team membersAbility to manage multiple client accounts and complex projects concurrently without compromising quality or deadlinesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stay ahead of trends and quickly adapt to new platforms, tools, and algorithmsGrowth mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learningCollaborative team player contributing to a positive, high-performing cultureInterview Process
