Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a leading manufacturing client on the west side of Nashville seeking a Project Engineer with a focus in manufacturing and new product introduction (NPI). This is a direct hire opportunity offering up to $120,000 annually plus bonus.

Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and manage CapEx projects from initial concept through full implementation, focusing on new product launches and manufacturing improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and leadership to ensure alignment across all project phases.
- Define project scope, develop detailed schedules, track milestones, and manage budgets.
- Lead vendor selection and relationship management, including contract negotiation and performance oversight.
- Oversee plant layout updates, equipment design modifications, and technical implementations.
- Analyze project risks, propose solutions, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare reports, track KPIs, and present project updates to upper management and cross-departmental teams.
- Act as a key liaison between technical engineering teams and business leadership to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications
510+ years of experience managing engineering or manufacturing projects.Strong track record of leading large-scale, multi-year projects.Demonstrated expertise in project planning, budgeting, and cross-functional communication.Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint for project tracking and reporting.Hands-on experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or similar design software.Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and presentation skills.Seniority level
