New York Licensed Pharmacy Technician

A company is looking for a Patient Onboarding Specialist to grow the specialty pharmacy patient population and educate patients on services offered.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to enroll eligible patients in the specialty pharmacy program

Educate patients on the benefits of the pharmacy services and maintain confidentiality

Review patient EMRs and identify necessary medications and supplies prior to calls

Required Qualifications

0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related field

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB / ExCPT License preferred

National certification from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred

Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred

Commitment to obtaining required licensure if not currently held
