HHA / PCA Requirements & Key Responsibilities :
- Must possess a New York State HHA or PCA Certificate
- Opportunity to participate in limited sponsored certification courses
- Ability to comply with New York state guidelines for HHA or PCA roles
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Assist clients with personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare meals according to dietary needs and client preferences
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help clients with daily living activities
- Demonstrate a keen interest in working with diverse populations and individuals with disabilities
