Anesthesiology - Cardiac Physician

ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years with plans to test) in Cardiac Anesthesiology - REQUIRED
• IA license or IMLC (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Cardiac Fellowship and / or TEE Certified (must be able to read, interpret, and bill TEE procedures - NOT just the placement of the probe) to be completed prior to start - REQUIRED
• Iowa CSR - REQUIRED
• DEA Verbal Confirmation - REQUIRED
• BLS, ACLS, PALS - REQUIRED
• COVID Vaccinated - REQUIRED
