With more than 50 providers and multiple offices across Northern California, we are actively recruiting multiple Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Endocrinologists to meet growing patient demand. Position Highlights : Outpatient-only practice no hospital call Join a collaborative team of experienced Endocrinologists and APPs Multiple positions available due to growth and patient volume Practice across desirable Northern California regions including San Francisco, East Bay, Napa Valley, and Sacramento Strong internal referral base and administrative support Compensation & Benefits : Negotiable base salary starting at $300,000 Up to $100,000 in student loan repayment Signing bonus, production bonus, and relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and retirement plan Physician-led group with opportunity for partnership Providers earn strong annual production bonuses in addition to competitive base compensation Why Join Us?
