Production Assistant Entry Level 16-18 / HR

Job Summary :

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Assemble, package, and inspect products according to specifications
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $20.00 / hr.
