Join our dynamic Med Surg team where you will care for a diverse patient population. Collaborate with Aurora Physicians across various specialties to deliver safe, therapeutic, and evidence-based care. Your responsibilities will include :

Assessing patient needs and implementing personalized care plans.

Coordinating discharge planning and educating patients.

Promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the unit.

Requirements :

Licensure : Registered Nurse license from the state of practice.

Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the AHA.

Education Required :

Graduation from an accredited or approved Nursing program.

Experience :

Typically requires at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Certification :

Team members must meet annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications (e.g. DNV, CARF, etc.).
