Location : Carmichael, CA

Schedule : PRN / As Needed, Day Shift

We’re seeking a passionate and reliable Physical Therapist (PT) to join our supportive care team on a PRN basis in Carmichael, California . This flexible role is perfect for a clinician who enjoys autonomy, variety in caseloads, and making an impact when it matters most.

Position Requirements :

Active California Physical Therapist license

Graduate of an accredited PT program

Current BLS certification

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred

Excellent time management and documentation skills
