Aurora Behavioral Health System is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Counselor to join our team at our 100-bed, free-standing psychiatric inpatient hospital and outpatient program in Tempe, Arizona. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to patient care while working in a dynamic, supportive environment.
About the RoleAs a Financial Counselor, you will be a vital part of our Business Office team, working under the supervision of the Business Office Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure patients are fully informed about their financial obligations and that all financial documentation is accurate and complete. You'll serve as a liaison between patients and insurance providers, helping to navigate coverage details and payment processes with professionalism and empathy.
