Job Title : Integrated District Support Data Analyst

Location : Austin, TX

Duration : 6 Months

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the development of a platform that presents school system data in a clear, accessible, and actionable format. This role focuses on transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights and practical recommendations that help schools identify growth areas, set measurable goals, and improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze school system data and translate findings into clear, practical recommendations to help identify priorities and drive improvement initiatives.

Develop and maintain low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Qualtrics, or similar tools) to display key performance data and collect progress updates.

Create dashboards and reporting tools that centralize data and provide easy-to-understand visualizations for stakeholders.

Build automated systems (forms, surveys, applications) that collect, organize, and present data efficiently for both school systems and agency staff.

Analyze statutory and compliance-related data across multiple federal and state plans to identify overlaps and redundancies.

Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for aligning plan requirements and reducing duplication.

Design and maintain scoring tools, trackers, and Excel-based scorecards to review applications, measure progress, and monitor results over time.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Data Storytelling.

8+ years of experience working with low-code platforms.

5+ years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

3+ years of experience in data visualization tools, including Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of experience with Qualtrics.

1+ year of experience with Smartsheet.

1+ year of experience working with state agencies, education sector, or related fields.
