• Oversee the daily operations and human resource functions of the Case Management department. Offer direction and support to Case Managers and staff, including training on caseload management and the interpretation of regulations, policies, procedures, and organizational goals. Monitor departmental activities to ensure service quality aligns with established standards. Foster relationships with insurance providers, self-insured employers, case management organizations, and healthcare networks.
