Key Responsibilities
Code and enter invoices into the accounting system for payment.Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.Prepare weekly check runs and electronic payments.Maintain filing systems, W-9 documentation, and 1099 reports.Assist with general accounting support as needed.Core Competencies
1-3 years of Accounts Payable or accounting support experience.Strong Excel and data-entry accuracy skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.Excellent communication and follow-through skills.Location : Granger, IN
Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday
Compensation : $41,000-$52,000 annually based on experience
