Job Summary

As a Farm Accounting Officer Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn the primary responsibilities of a Farm Accounting Officer, develop and build on your customer service and retention skills and be a part of a supportive team. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with customers, teammates and support the local communities that you serve. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Contribute to providing timely and accurate accounting and payroll services for farming operations and owners of farmland.
• Assist in the education of farm accounting customers on the importance of effective and accurate reporting.
• Learn more about accounting rules and maintaining deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams on the development of materials for external audiences.
• Coordinate the logistics of assigned customer education events.
