Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for clients and families, ensuring a welcoming environment for all backgrounds.
  • Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy that meets each client's unique needs and fosters healing and resilience.
  • Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans to support clients on their mental health journeys.
  • Engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, contributing your expertise to enhance client care.
  • Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and fellow therapists for a holistic approach to care.

Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
  • Provisional license (if required by state regulation).
  • A strong educational foundation leading to or resulting in professional licensing.
  • A genuine passion for mental health and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development with access to free supervision and continuing education.
  • Eagerness to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes.
  • Strong ethical commitment and adherence to confidentiality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients and families.
  • Effective time management and ability to complete administrative tasks efficiently.
