We're looking for a strategic financial leader who is ready to help drive the future of our business as Vice President of Finance for Anticimex Carolinas. Your Role : Vice President of Finance
As a key member of the executive team, the Vice President of Finance will report directly to the President of Anticimex Carolinas. You will lead all financial-related activities including accounting, strategic planning, forecasting, treasury, tax, audit, M&A, and legal compliance. You will also provide regular financial reporting to Anticimex North America and Anticimex Global (Sweden).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 accounting professionals
- Manage monthly close and deliver timely, accurate financial reports
- Analyze budget-to-actual variances and performance metrics
- Establish internal controls and ensure adherence to GAAP and IFRS
- Collaborate on strategic growth plans, including M&A evaluations and integration
- Monitor acquisition performance post-integration
- Oversee A / P, A / R, capital expenditures, and employee expenses
- Support external audits and tax filings
- Assist in developing budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Standardize financial procedures and reporting across departments
- Drive financial insights to reduce surprises and enable informed decision-making
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / MBA preferred)7+ years in senior-level financial leadership roles in service industriesStrong understanding of U.S. GAAP and IFRS standardsProven M&A and integration experienceExpertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and internal controlsDemonstrated success building and leading high-performing finance teamsStrategic mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsLegal eligibility to work in the U.S.Key Competencies
