What You’ll Do

• Welcome and guide prospective residents on personalized property tours, highlighting the luxury features, amenities, and lifestyle of our community.
• Assist with the leasing process from first inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless and exceptional resident experience.
• Partner with management and marketing teams to develop strategies that attract and retain high-quality residents.
• Maintain accurate leasing and resident records in Yardi and other systems.
• Support community operations by assisting with financial reports, vendor coordination, and resident relations.
• Conduct move-in / move-out inspections to ensure standards of excellence are consistently upheld.
