We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team and grow with the company. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing healthcare professionals in assignments across various facilities. You will play a crucial role in connecting qualified candidates with rewarding opportunities while providing excellent support throughout the recruitment process. Minimum 2 years experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Sourcing Candidates : Utilize various recruitment platforms, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates for healthcare positions.

Conduct Interviews : Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for specific assignments.

Build Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to understand their career goals and preferences.

Client Collaboration : Work closely with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and match them with qualified candidates.

Manage Recruitment Process : Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.

Provide Support : Offer guidance and support to candidates throughout their assignments, addressing any concerns and ensuring job satisfaction.

Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
