A prominent and well-established law firm in Michigan is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a strong background in commercial and civil litigation . The ideal candidate will have a proven record of handling complex matters, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of commercial and civil litigation matters
• Develop and implement case strategy in coordination with partners and clients
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Provide sound legal counsel and maintain effective client communication throughout all stages of litigation
