Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements

Translate business needs into actionable user stories and system features

Support backlog grooming and track progress against business expectations

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in product planning and business analysis

Proven experience leading product planning efforts

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models

Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, Scrum Product Owner) are a bonus

Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Visio is preferred
